User Representation: By accessing FrameKala, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract with FrameKala under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Orders and Services: The Terms of Use govern any orders placed on FrameKala for Products and/or Services (“Orders”). Your use of FrameKala or its Services may be subject to any oral or written agreement entered into between you and FrameKala prior to or during the provision of the Service.

User Accounts: You may browse FrameKala or register by creating an account. To place orders, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Placing an Order: Orders are placed through specified processes outlined on FrameKala. Upon receipt of your Artwork or Digital Copy, we will process your order accordingly. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Shipping: We ship all over the India using reliable courier services. Shipping times may vary.

Payment: To pay for an order, you must provide necessary billing and shipping information. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. Prices are subject to change.

Intellectual Property: Certain materials displayed on FrameKala constitute trademarks, trade names, or service marks of FrameKala. You are not authorized to use any such Marks without our consent.

User-Submitted Materials: You retain ownership of any materials submitted by you to FrameKala (“User-Submitted Materials”). By submitting User-Submitted Materials, you grant us a limited license to use them as outlined in these Terms.

Compliance with IT Act 2000: FrameKala complies with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and its amendments. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of user data in accordance with the IT Act 2000.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: Our Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties regarding their merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. Our liability is limited to the value of the Order placed.

Trademark and Copyright Notice: All trademarks, logos, and content on FrameKala are the property of FrameKala. Reproduction of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without our consent.

International Users: FrameKala can be accessed worldwide. Users accessing the site from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Disputes: These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts established by law in India.

This version includes the addition of compliance with the IT Act 2000 as requested. Adjustments can be made as necessary.
